Store Policies 

·        RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH RECEIPT: Purchases may be returned only if item is in original new condition (not worn or used/no deodorant or makeup stains), must include all original tags, boxes and packaging for a full refund when accompanied by original receipt.

·        RETURNS BETWEEN 8-10 DAYS WITH RECEIPT: Purchases in original new condition, may receive a store credit if accompanied by original receipt.

·        DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE- We are happy to issue a merchandise credit on defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and with the store manager’s approval. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.

·        SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE is final sale.  Returns are not accepted.

·        HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS are not eligible for return after the Holiday.

·        PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE is final sale.  Returns are not accepted.

·        CUSTOM ORDERS must be paid in full at time of order. These items are final sale. All special orders that must be shipped to us or shipped by request of the customer will incur a shipping charge, at the responsibility of the customer.

·        GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

·        REFUND METHOD- Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions:  Returns made with gift receipt will be refunded as a merchandise credit. A Manager approved return without a receipt is eligible only for a merchandise credit for the current selling price. (Please Note: When a gift receipt is presented for the return, the refund will always be in the form of a merchandise credit.) 

·        We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
